Animals have always been a big part of Callan’s life. Growing up with so many different animals, big and small, she saw how important and intense the human-animal bond was first hand and she always knew she wanted to have a career that would allow her to help animals in any way possible.
Callan attended the Aveda institute where she studied Massage Therapy. A Minnesota native, she grew up in Golden Valley and her family brought their pets to Golden Valley and Greenbrier Animal Hospitals. Callan continued to bring them to us into adulthood and when the opportunity arose to join the team that she had grown to trust, she jumped right in and started working here in the fall of 2020! She has found that being able to see and help animals everyday makes her very happy.
Callan has two very fluffy and cuddly cats, Luna and Toulouse. However, she also has horses out on her mom’s hobby farm. Outside of work, Callan loves having time to herself at home for reading, baking, or gaming. Being home with her fur babies is always a good day for her, but she also loves outdoor adventures and finding new coffee shops and cafes to indulge in.
